Sharing Culture is leading the way in Cultural Education Programs for Schools & Aboriginal Communities, providing Two Way Learning Opportunities!Hi there, welcome to Sharing Culture!! We'd just like to let you know that we're in the middle of updating some of our site, so you may notice a few changes as you're browsing. We hope this doesn't cause any inconvenience.Sharing Culture offers a variety of educational programs and resources for Aboriginal Communities and Australian schools. Our programs are user friendly and designed to be very easy to use. We produce written and digital resources to support the continuation of Aboriginal languages and cultures, while being aligned to the Australian Curriculum. We work directly with Aboriginal Elders and appropriate members of the Community to develop localised resources that focus on their Languages and Cultures. Once the language resources have been compiled, language programs can be delivered in the community and at local schools. Schools have an opportunity to access and embed Local Indigenous Knowledge through resources aligned to the Australian Curriculum. Once localised, the world class Teaching and Learning program can be integrated into the classroom through the online platform which includes a great range of educational resources for most areas of the curriculum. Schools can connect with their local Aboriginal Culture through resources written specifically about the Community. Australia’s rich Aboriginal History is an important part of Australia’s identity and all students, regardless of their ethnic background, have the opportunity to learn about and engage in the rich diversity of Aboriginal histories, languages and their cultures through the Teaching and Learning Program. This is the resource many Aboriginal Communities and Australian schools have been waiting for!
