The following general terms and conditions of sale apply to the selling operation of Sharing Culture Pty Ltd (us) and cover all sales to its customers (you) through the www.sharingculture.com.au website as well as fax and postal orders. We reserve the right to amend the present general terms and conditions of sale at any time, with the proviso that details of all amendments are published on our website.

Orders and payment methods

Orders will be dispatched on receipt of payment. In the case of payments received by cheque we will allow up to 10 working days for the cheque to clear. Goods will not be shipped until payment has been cleared unless prior arrangements have been made with Sharing Culture. Sharing Culture reserves the right to cancel any order. Invoices are sent with the goods. Orders can be placed in one of the following ways:

Online

• To use the on-line ordering system, simply click the "Add to cart" button whilst viewing a product. The product will be added to your shopping cart. Each time an item is added, the shopping cart page will automatically add these to your order.
• Items can be removed from your cart by pressing the 'delete' button.
• Press the 'Cart' button at any time to see the selections you have made. You may change the quantity of any item by entering a number in the quantity box and hitting the "Update Cart" button.
• Nothing is finalized until you submit your payment details, so you can feel free to add and remove items until you are happy with your choices.
• Payment for on-line orders may be made by credit card, Paypal, cheques and money orders.

Only cheques issued by recognized Australian banks and Australia Post money orders will be accepted. Your order will be confirmed and prepared for dispatch once your cheque has cleared. We will allow up to 10 working days for cheques to be cleared.

Prices

Product prices are given and payable in Australian dollars and are inclusive of all taxes but exclusive of postage and handling costs. For all orders outside of Australia, invoices are automatically calculated exclusive of taxes. Any customs duties, import duties or taxes that may apply in other countries are the customers' sole responsibility and are not payable by Sharing Culture. Sharing Culture reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced at the price in effect when the order was placed, subject to availability.

Special Offers on our products are available for a limited period only. Where more than one promotion is offered on the same product at the same time, Sharing Culture reserves the right to offer the customer the best deal available.

Availability

Product and prices are valid as advertised on http://www.sharingculture.com.au/ and are subject to stock availability. While we endeavor to keep stock available at all times unfortunately this is not always possible. Please allow up to 2 weeks for some orders if stock is not available.

Condition of Ownership

All goods remain the property of Sharing Culture until receipt of payment in full. This provision does not affect transfer to the customer of all risks of loss or damage from the moment the goods leave our premises.

Intellectual Property

All text, notes, illustrations and images reproduced on our website http://www.sharingculture.com.au/ and on all of our products are the copyright of the author and are protected by intellectual property law worldwide. In accordance with the provisions of Intellectual Property legislation, private use only is permitted and any other use without the prior authorization of Sharing Culture is an infringement of the author's copyright and a violation of intellectual property rights and will be dealt with by the law.

Responsibility

All products offered for sale are subject to the requirements of Australian law. Sharing Culture cannot be held responsible for any failure to meet the requirements of the legislation of any other country where products are delivered.

Applicable law

This Agreement shall be construed and performed in accordance with and shall be governed by Australian law and you should submit to the jurisdiction of the Australian Courts.
